This document describes the terms of service, browser subscriptions and API packages.
2. Service
ANK Image Lab is an online tool for compressing and converting images. The user uploads the image, selects the available formats and downloads the result. The service supports JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF processing and the creation of JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and JPEG XL, taking into account the limitations shown in the interface.
Processing is performed in the browser and/or on the server. Images are not stored in the site directory and are not intended for long-term storage: download the result to your device before closing the page. The result depends on the source file, format, and settings selected; compression may not reduce the image, and conversion to PNG may increase its size.
The user confirms that he has the right to upload and process the selected images. Materials whose processing violates the rights of third parties or the law may not be uploaded.
3. Free access and paid plans
- Start: free of charge, up to 20 compressions per session, source file up to 5 MB, up to 3 conversions per session.
- ANK Basic: ₽3,000 per month, unlimited compression, file up to 150 MB, unlimited conversions.
- ANK Ultra: ₽10,000 per year, unlimited compression, file up to 150 MB, unlimited conversions.
- API: 1,000 optimizations for 400 ₽, 2,500 for 900 ₽, 5,000 for 1,500 ₽, 10,000 for 2,500 ₽, 20,000 for 4,000 ₽ and 50,000 for 7,500 ₽ are available; the first 500 optimizations per calendar month are free.
Free API credits are updated at the beginning of each calendar month; unused free balance is not carried over. Purchased API credits have no expiration date and are used up to exhaustion. The package is added to the current paid balance after payment is confirmed; each successful API request is credited according to the documentation rules. Subscription starts after payment confirmation and ends after the selected month or a year; in case of repeated payment, the unexpired period is retained and a new period is added to it. Up to 20 files can be uploaded at a time; this is a batch size limit, not a subscription processing limit. File processing is limited to 20 million pixels and supported formats. Before the order is confirmed, the price and composition shown on the payment form apply.
4. Payment and access
Payment for subscriptions and API packages is accepted through Robokassa. The payment is considered confirmed after the Contractor receives confirmation of the payment system; then the subscription period or credits are automatically credited to the buyer's account. The selected plan and the total amount are shown before payment. Auto-renewal is not offered.
The service is provided remotely through the website. There is no physical delivery. Internet access and a valid email address are required to use the dashboard.
5. Refusal of service and refund
The user has the right to send a request for cancellation of the paid service and a refund to newsteach@gmail.com. Provide your account address, plan name, payment date and amount, and order or payment number, if known. Do not send your full credit card number, password, or verification codes.
Applications are considered in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the actually rendered part of the service and documented actual expenses of the Contractor shall be taken into account in cases and to the extent permitted by law. With a confirmed refund, the unused paid credits of the corresponding order are debited from the balance to the extent of the available balance, and the refund is made if possible in the same way as the payment was received. If a part of the paid credits has already been spent, the amount of repayment is determined taking into account the rendered part of the service and the requirements of the law.
6. Appeals and final conditions
Questions, claims and requests for the service should be directed to newsteach@gmail.com. The Contractor shall respond within a reasonable time and within the time limits established by law. An updated version of the terms and conditions is published on this page; the version available at the time of ordering shall apply to the order already paid for, unless otherwise required by law.
