2. What data is processed and why
- Account: email address, password hash and creation date — for registration, login and operation of the personal account. The password itself is not saved in plain text.
- Statistics: the number of processed images and the total size of the source and finished files — to display account statistics.
- Account protection: technical identifier of login and registration attempts, calculated from the IP address and the entered login/email, as well as the number and time of unsuccessful attempts — to limit automatic password selection and registrations.
- Technical work of the site: the hosting server may process the IP address, request time, page address, browser type, and error information for page delivery, diagnostics, and site protection.
- Payments: when purchasing a subscription or an API package, the order number, the selected product, the amount, the payment status and the confirmation date are processed. The site does not request or store bank card data.
3. Images and Files
HEIC/HEIF and some output formats are processed in the browser. For standard server processing, the image is transmitted over a secure connection to the temporary processing area of the request. The site does not save the original or finished images in the account or public catalog.
If the API is called in a special mode of integration with the Bitrix module, the service temporarily stores the finished result in a closed directory for up to 30 days. This is necessary so that the repeat request after disconnection returns the same file and does not charge the credit again. The transmitted original image is not saved; the result is automatically deleted when the retention period expires. Only numeric processing counters remain in the personal account.
4. Grounds and methods of processing
Data is used to create and maintain an account, provide site features, respond to inquiries, and provide security. Processing is automated and limited to the listed purposes. The data is not used for advertising and is not transmitted for advertising profiling.
When logged in, the site sets the session technical cookie necessary to save the authorization. Login is valid for up to seven days from the date of login, if the user has not logged out earlier or has not changed the password. Third-party advertising and analytical cookies are not set by the site.
Service messages about registration, restoration of access and the result of payment are sent to the email account. Restore access links are valid for 30 minutes and are used once. Successful login emails are not sent. No ads are sent.
5. Data Transmission
To host the site and deliver email messages, the operator uses the hosting infrastructure and the mail service configured for the domain. Only the information necessary for their technical function is transmitted to these suppliers. When paying, information about the order and the result of the payment is transmitted to Robokassa; the operator does not receive or store complete card data. Data is not sold to third parties.
6. Retention period
Account data is retained for as long as the account is active or until a deletion request is made, unless further retention is required by law. Technical identifiers and attempt counters are used to protect against automatic selection of access. Processing error logs are limited in size and are automatically cleared after 30 days. Mandatory payment information is retained for as long as required by applicable regulations.
7. User rights and requests
The user can request information about the processing, correct the data or request to stop processing and delete the account when there is no legal basis for further storage. Write from the email address associated with your account to newsteach@gmail.com and specify which request you'd like to complete. To protect your account, the operator may ask you to confirm ownership of the address. Do not send passwords, login codes, or bank details.
8. Protection and policy changes
The operator applies organizational and technical measures to restrict access: passwords are stored in the form of password hashes, the account base is outside the public site directory, and the site connection is protected by HTTPS.
