Before contacting support
Check the installation and usage guide. Confirm Joomla 6, PHP 8.3 or newer, a writable images folder and a valid API key. For automatic compression, enable the task plugin and create an Optimize new images scheduled task.
What to include
Tell us the extension version, Joomla and PHP versions, image format and approximate file size, the exact error shown in the administrator panel, and steps to reproduce it. Do not send your API key, password or private customer data.
